I witnessed a teacher lose his job tonight at a school board hearing. In a snap-second decision, that teacher made what the school administration determined a mistake. The consequences: non-renewal of a contract. Right now, whether the administration’s decision was right or wrong is irrelevant. The board voted to uphold the administrations recommendation for non-renewal. [...]
