I called 15 parents and requested they come to our “show up and sign in” parent conference night, held from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Not one parent showed. Do I even need to share my frustration or can you all relate?

Talk about frustration. I had to practically beg a parent to see me for a conference, after phone calls, meetings with the student’s counselor, and almost daily meetings with the student.
